名阪急配株式会社様の壁画のうちの1つ、エントランスの抽象画です。
抽象的な絵を理屈で詰めてくのは大変だったのですが、打ち合わせの中で見えてきたのは周囲にある様々な主張の強い素材たちを、ひとつの世界観でつなげる役割がこの絵に求められているという事です。
アンティーク感のある質感を重ね塗りで表現し、絵が前に出過ぎないよう柄はシンプルに、周囲の要素から抽出した図形を重ね合わせて親和性を持たせました。
This abstract art take part in connecting valuable textures around in single atmosphere.
Antique-like texture and simple pattern which extracted from surroundings is to harmonize the mural with whole factors in this space. It was great experience for me to broaden my expressions.
